About
I’m a British Army Warrant Officer Class 1 (REME) with 24 years of experience in defence engineering. I’m now re-training in cyber security — a discipline that sits outside my core Knowledge, Skills and Experience (KSE), which makes it both a challenge and an opportunity. I’m approaching it with the same principles that have served me through two decades of command: Focus Learning, Discipline, and Consistency.
I hold CompTIA Security+, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt qualifications, and I’m booked to sit the CREST Practitioner Security Analyst (CPSA) exam in July 2026. This site is my first step in building a portfolio of labs, write-ups, and small tools that bridge engineering and cyber security.
